The Isle of Wight staged a major series of music festivals in the late 1960's and early 1970's, when Jimi Hendrix and The Who graced the Island with their now legendary performances. The Isle of Wight Music Festival continues this fine tradition with another stellar line up this year. The ever popular White Air Extreme Sports Festival, Skandia Cowes Week, and the Isle of Wight Walking Festival are back again in 2008.
